Poster and Seminar-Contemporarv Issues in Asian Architecture
I am required to conduct critical interpretations on the salient issues observed from my site visit. Using the problem-based learning approach, I am developing an appraisal framework within the specified scope through weekly facilitated group discussions guided by tutors. Throughout the learning process, I will be proposing potential solutions, and my findings will be presented in the form of a research poster and a seminar presentation.

REFLECTION
Throughout the course, I engaged in conducting critical interpretations of the salient issues observed during my site visit. Embracing the problem-based learning approach, I collaboratively developed an appraisal framework within the specified scope through weekly group discussions guided by our tutors. This learning process was both challenging and enlightening, as it required us to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world situations. During the group discussions, we shared diverse perspectives and insights, enriching our understanding of the issues at hand. The exchange of ideas encouraged me to think critically and explore innovative solutions. It was inspiring to witness how our collective efforts contributed to the refinement of our appraisal framework. As the weeks progressed, I found myself deeply invested in proposing potential solutions to the identified problems. The research poster and seminar presentation provided a platform to showcase our findings and recommendations. Presenting my work to an audience further honed my communication skills and instilled confidence in my abilities. This module not only enhanced my analytical and problem-solving skills but also fostered a collaborative spirit. Working as part of a team allowed us to leverage each other's strengths and overcome challenges together. The experience instilled a sense of accomplishment and pride in our collective achievements. In conclusion, the project-based learning approach has been an invaluable experience. It has encouraged me to think critically, apply theory to practice, and collaborate effectively. The skills and knowledge gained will undoubtedly shape my future endeavors in the field of architecture, and I look forward to applying them to real-world projects in my career. This really shows that I have fulfilled thinking and problem solving skills, lifelong learning and intrapersonal skills.
