Famous Architect’s Building: Materials Application 

This was my first assignment for this module, so although it was considered a light workload assignment, I still spent days selecting the perfect building to hit all requirements. After that, I did intensive research on the building materiality and the idea design behind it all. Frank gehry is one of the best Architects I knew and I really hoped to capture all his work right. With pointers from my tutor and suggestions from friends, I slowly finished up my work. My tutor suggested to use the same design concept in layout designing to keep a thorough experience, which was what I tried to do. Overall, it was indeed a fun and quick assignment and I learnt a lot about materials and building method behind every building during the journey. This really shows that I have fulfilled thinking and problem solving skills, lifelong learning and intrapersonal skills.
